Cumberland Council wants to hear from care staff and frontline adult social care teams about how technology can help people stay independent in their own homes and communities.
Technology Enabled Care (TEC) refers to the use of everyday and specialist technology to help people live safely, independently and well – usually in their own homes or local communities. It brings together health, social care and digital tools so that support is more proactive, more personalised and easier to access.
This survey is part of a wider Adult Social Care programme, exploring how technology can support independence, health, and wellbeing and future commissioning.
We’ll ask you about the people you support, their use of technology, and your views as a care professional.
Your answers are anonymous – your name will not be shared.
Taking part is voluntary – you can stop at any time.
The findings will help us improve services and support both staff and the people you care for.
Please note that all information provided within this survey will be deleted once the analysis of the completed surveys has been carried out.
