We are seeking your feedback on proposed changes to speed limits as part of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for the new Carlisle Southern Link Road (CSLR) and its adjoining routes.
Key proposals include:
Implementing the National Speed Limit along the full CSLR route.
Introducing or extending 30mph and 40mph speed limits at five key locations: Newby West, Cummersdale, Durdar, Redcat, and Brisco roundabouts.
