Technology Enabled Care (TEC) refers to the use of everyday and specialist technology to help people live safely, independently and well – usually in their own homes or local communities. It brings together health, social care and digital tools so that support is more proactive, more personalised and easier to access.
This survey is part of a wider Adult Social Care programme, exploring how technology can support independence, health, and wellbeing.
We’ll ask you questions about your health, daily life, and thoughts on using technology.
Your answers are anonymous – your name will be removed before analysis.
