It should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
The aim is to understand what it’s like to use a Direct Payment so services can continue to improve. We want to know what works well and what could be better.
Taking part will not affect your Direct Payment. There are no right or wrong answers, please answer based on your experience. You can skip any questions if you wish. Your responses will help build a clear picture of people’s experiences and shape future improvements.
