Investment in Maryport

Overview

Plans are underway to design new attractions and facilities to ensure the funding previously allocated to the swimming pool project remains in Maryport. We want to hear your views on these ideas. Early consultation, before the Future High Streets Fund money was awarded, highlighted the community’s desire to make more of the Harbourside and Promenade, with better facilities for all generations of residents and visitors so we are focusing on these areas.

Once you have reviewed the website, or read through the boards at one of our drop-in sessions and spoken to the team, we would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to help us develop the scheme.

These are all currently ideas, we won’t be able to do them all, and a pool, sadly, is no longer an option, so we need your input to move to the next phase.
