Cumberland Care Extra Care Housing Service Users Survey OA

We want to ensure that Cumberland Care Services Extra Care Housing Team provide the best care possible for those we support. This year, we asked people that receive support to tell us what they would like in a survey, and we used those questions below.

If you would like to speak to someone on a one-to-one basis rather than fill in a questionnaire, we can organise for an Independent person to come and talk to you. Just let a member of your care team know and we will arrange this for you as soon as possible. Thank you.

7. Do you think the care staff notice if things change with you?
8. Do the care staff treat you with dignity and respect?
